Concert-goers will "Love It Live" again in 2008 when DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival team up to provide a line-up of the summer's top touring acts. DTE Energy Music Theatre, the nation's most-attending amphitheatre for 17 consecutive years, will host such high-profile performers as Tim McGraw (May 22), Dave Matthews Band (June 9), Jimmy Buffett (June 10), Jack Johnson (June 18), Jonas Brothers (July 5), Kid Rock (July 19-20), The Police (July 26), Rod Stewart (August 6), and Maroon 5/Counting Crows (August 29). Meadow Brook Music Festival's 2008 schedule is highlighted by such renowned artists as James Taylor (June 4), Crosby, Stills & Nash (July 19) and Chris Isaak (August 17).
Palace Sports & Entertainment's (PS&E) summer concert schedule announcement is comprised of more than 90 events, including summer concerts at The Palace. Additional shows will be announced as tour plans develop.
More than two-thirds of the summer outdoor events will include affordable $10 or $15 lawn tickets or will offer specially discounted four-packs of lawn tickets.
