Carrie Underwood's highly successful album CARNIVAL RIDE was recently nominated as CMA Album of The Year, and her headline tour of the same name, the "Carnival Ride Tour," has shared tremendous success as well since launching earlier this year. Over 700,000 fans have attended the tour so far, with 51 more shows planned this fall in the U.S. and Canada. By the end of the year, Underwood will have performed 137 live shows in 2008, in addition to her many Opry and TV performances. The fall leg of the tour, sponsored by vitaminwater®, has begun.
