Jason Aldean has celebrated his 2006 "Top New Male Vocalist" award bestowed by the Academy of Country Music (ACM) by releasing Relentless, the celebrated follow up to his gold status 2005 self-titled debut and his No. 1 radio hit "Hicktown." His debut reached gold status just 12 weeks after its release and Jason proved his success wasn't short lived when Relentless reached #4 on the Billboard Top 200 less than three weeks after its release date. Following in the footsteps of the most successful country acts such as Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland and Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean was selected for the headlining spot with CMT on Tour '08 supported by the country act trio Lady Antebellum.
