During this tour, Miley Cyrus is performing as herself as well as Hannah Montana, the character played by Cyrus on Hannah Montana, a Disney Channel Original Series that first aired on March 24, 2004. Many of these concerts have already been sold out, including the one being held at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on December 9th. Naturally, the high demand for tickets will make obtaining them more difficult.
Miley Cyrus, whose real name is Destiny Hope Cyrus, will be turning 15 on November 23rd. This pop singer, songwriter, and actress has become a popular icon, especially among the younger crowds, and already has two albums out, The Hannah Montana Soundtrack (released October 24, 2006) and Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus (released June 26, 2007). When the Hannah Montana tickets went on sale, the Hannah Montana presale gave her die hard fans a better chance to get premium tickets for her concerts.
